Omlandsneset is situated about 7 km south east of Mandal.
The holiday apartment is a part of a private home with a septet and private entrance as well as parking lot just by the front door. The view over "Nordfjorden" (the north fjord) is beautiful, westbound and very sunny.
This part of Norway is one of the regions with the most sun.
The sea and fjord is very niche for fish and gives you the possibility to fish in almost all weather conditions. There are many nice places to fish that are hidden for heaving waves, sheltered by islands and islets.
The area gives you good opportunity for both family and fishing vacations. A 14 feet boat with a 9,9 HP Mariner, is included in the rent. The boat is moored approx. 200 m from the house and a shed that the renter can use, is situated close by the boat. In addition to the boat and the shed, there is a beautiful beach with shallow water just by the boat.
Tregde Feriesenter is situated 300 - 400 m from the apartment and it holds a grocery shop in the summer season. In addition, there are several convenience stores and other shops in Mandal. The closest one is 4 km away.
